What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day refund policy for select situations. Because our products are handmade in small batches and used for personal care, we’re only able to issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Your order arrived damaged during shipment

  • There’s a clear issue with the product’s quality or performance

  • You’ve experienced a rare skin sensitivity or allergic reaction

If any of these apply, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order (see below for instructions on how to request a refund). We’re here to make it right and will always handle concerns with care and kindness.

Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

How do I request a refund?

Simply email us at withlove@kayandkind.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request (and a photo of the product if order was damaged during shipment).

Do I need to return the product to get a refund?

No — returns are not required. No need to send the product back — for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on our natural products. Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund promptly for the full product purchase price (except shipping charges). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

How does shipping work?

We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage, and it typically takes 2–5 business days to arrive once shipped. We personally prepare and drop off each order within 1–2 business days of receiving it.

We also offer free local delivery in select areas of Meridian and Kuna, Idaho (see below) — just choose the local delivery option at checkout if you're eligible.

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.
At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! For our wonderful neighbors, we offer free local delivery to South Meridian and Kuna, Idaho. It will typically take 1-2 business days to arrive locally.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
